Which areas does Living Organised cover?
Living Organised works with clients across The Cotswolds, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and London, we also travel further afield.

How does the professional organising process work?
Initially we will have a free 30 minute telephone/ Zoom consultation to discuss your requirements, goals, expectations to gain a better understanding about what you would like to achieve. We will then begin planning and produce a booking form outlining the project and anticipated requirements.

PRICING
Professional Organising services : From £50 per hour for a Senior Organiser. Depending on the scale of the project we also work on a daily rate. Where additional Organisers are required, a daily rate per Organising Assistant is provided. Please contact us to discuss your individual requirements for a bespoke quotation.

Our rates include:

  • Free 30 minute Zoom or phone consultation

  • Full measurements, planning and research

  • Provision of a bespoke storage look-book

  • Storage purchasing

  • Our standard day is 8 hours

  • Travel is included free of charge within a 20 mile radius of our GL50 postcode. After this it will be charged at a rate of 45p/mile. If alternative transport is used this will be expensed and any parking fees, congestion or ULEZ charges will be invoiced.

We tailor our services to provide you with a bespoke offering. Following our consultation we will provide you with a booking quotation and require a deposit to secure the assignment (deductible from the final invoice).

Home Moves & Lifestyle Management Services: As each project is bespoke we will tailor a quotation to fit the needs of the individual project. Please contact us to discuss your individual requirements.

OTHER FAQs

Can you help me to source items?
We source and purchase items to suit a range of requirements and budgets. We have wide experience sourcing all household items and have trade contracts established with some of the world’s most exclusive brands and renowned household names.

Can you take away/dispose of items?
We do not dispose of items directly on behalf of clients. However, as part of our service we can arrange for third party waste carriers or charity collections on your behalf.

Will you force me to throw items away?
We will never force you to part with items that you do not wish to. Our service supports you throughout the process, providing guidance and advice to keep the items that are most cherished. We do this with compassion and non-judgement.

What are the cancellation terms?
We require 48 hours notice to cancel a pre-booked service.

Bookings cancelled ahead of this will have the booking fee refunded. Assignments can be postponed and the booking fee carried over. Sessions postponed within the 48 hour time frame will incur a £50 administration fee.

Do clients need to clean and tidy first?
No, this is not necessary. It is beneficial for us to see the natural use and flow of a space prior to organising. This helps us to make the best assessment of an area and to implement functional solutions that work.

What records are kept by Living Organised? Will you sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement?
We are registered with the Information Commissioning Office and act with strict Confidentiality and Privacy at all times. All details are kept purely for our records to allow us to carry out our job efficiently and will never be shared with outside parties. Any data will be discarded after 3 years in line with our Privacy Policy. We have thorough experience serving UHNW individuals and will sign Non-Disclosure Agreements as required.

Will you take photos?
Photographs can be a helpful way to document the progress of an assignment however will only be taken with strict permission of the client. Our booking form contains a photographic consent form.

Is Living Organised insured?
We hold Public and Professional Liability Indemnity Insurance up to the value of £1,000,000 with Westminster PLC.
